This is a video of a baking activity i done with my kids!
Ingredients;
2 ripe bananas
2 Eggs
1 tsp of Baking powder
140g of Flour
140g of Sugar
140g of Butter
60g of Chocolate powder
Preheat Your Oven to 180 degrees
1)Mix the Butter and sugar together, cream until nice and fluffy.
2)Add in the Eggs slowly and mix in together.
3)Slowly add in the Flour and mix.
4)Add 60g of Chocolate powder and keep mixing.
5)Add 1 tsp of Baking powder and mix more!
6)Grease a cake tin with Butter and Pour in your mixture.
7)Place the tin with the mixture inside the oven and wait for about 30 mins!
Always keep an eye out on your cake just in case it burns! Keep checking on it regularly once you stick a knife in the middle and it comes out clean THAT MEANS THE CAKE IS READY! ENJOY XXXXX
