Cryptofolio is an onine application that allows one to track cryptocurrency holdings.
This one is a bit different than other applications like it in that they do not list all the tokens from Coinmarketcap. They prefer to use a voting system where people nominate a token and then it is voted upon for a week.
Each Saturday, two new tokens are added.

Getting listed requires finishing in the top 2 in votes throughout the week. We presently sit at number 3.
Voting can occur each hour. We ask that all our supporters on here give us an upvote throughout their day. We need to close the 60 vote gap.
We view this as a simple way to get a little publicity for the Manna project. Getting listed on that application means that a few more people will see the Manna name.

Voted! Coinmarketcap only lists one exchange for Manna. Is this accurate?
since some weeks Freiexchange has added Manna also: https://freiexchange.com/market/MANNA/BTC
Just FYI, months ago I reached out to Blockfolio to get Manna listed, because that's the app I use, and shortly thereafter Manna was added. I'm not really sure if I had anything to do with that, but regardless I love that the app I use now has Manna tracking.
Blockfoloio is a much more advanced app....
