I was asked recently if consuming more collagen can cause someone to age slower. The clock will do what it does in its own time, we can't change that.
As far as tour appearance and health goes, you won't age slower so much as have a better chance of retaining your desired physical condition for longer. The key thing to look for is a natural, uncooked source of collagen.
If you are Vegan, this can be sourced from seaweed (Irish Sea Moss). If you are not Vegan, there are many sources of collagen in other products.

Collagen sourced from seaweed is more effective as the body can absorb it with less difficulty compared to animal sources of collagen. Food for thought.
