Para el @beersaturday de esta semana os traigo una gran cerveza de la cervecera de Leeds Northern Monk. Una de las más conocidas y valoradas del Reino Unido.
Su línea interminable de colaboraciones denominada Patrons Project es sinónimo de máxima calidad. Desde que tengo recuerdo de mi afición cervecera, ya existían las Patrons Project como algo exclusivo y de calidad. Hoy os muestro al 27.07. Casi nada.
Tuve la suerte de visitar el año pasado en mi viaje cervecero anual, el Brewpub que la marca tiene en Manchester. Muy bien decorado y ambientado, con una cantidad ingente de grifos de la marca y una nevera de cervezas ácidas que casi nos hace explotar la cabeza. Cenamos también realmente bien. Un lugar muy recomendable si vas a Manchester.

En esta cerveza se dan cita quizá los dos lúpulos más representativos de América, El Citra, y del Reino Unido, el East Kent Goldings. El resultado es magnífico. Por un lado toques cítricos y herbales que aporta el primero y matices herbales y terrosos del segundo. Buen nivel de amargor para ser una NEIPA, lo cual se agradece.
Espuma muy densa y persistente con un aroma floral muy interesante.
Como siempre es de agradecer las etiquetas que esta cervecera pone en sus latas, en las que detrás de la pegatina encuentras toda la información de la elaboración de la cerveza, así como la historia detrás de la imagen de la etiqueta.

I was lucky enough to visit the brand's Brewpub in Manchester last year on my annual beer trip. Very well decorated and decorated, with a huge number of brand taps and a fridge of sour beers that almost made our heads explode. We also had a really good dinner. A highly recommended place if you go to Manchester.

This beer brings together perhaps the two most representative hops of America, Citra, and the United Kingdom, East Kent Goldings. The result is magnificent. On the one hand, citrus and herbal touches provided by the first and herbal and earthy nuances of the second. Good level of bitterness for a NEIPA, which is appreciated.
Very dense and persistent foam with a very interesting floral aroma.
