Hey @mercurybot. Yesterday ( 23/04/2018) the bot had some issues with steembottracker. i did send a bid on this link https://steemit.com/coin/@jona12/the-hidden-knowledge-behind-throwing-a-coin-and-picking-it-back and it never upvoted me. Then i did send the second bid on the same ink thinking that maybe my bid was lost.
However, I did recieve just an upvote of the first bid but was not refunded on the second bid. i really apologize for the mistake.

I hope that you will consider my request and may be refund if possible
