MY BIRTHDAY WAS AWESOME! A crazy picture that I photoshopped for my birthday 4 da lolz!

So my birthday was yesterday (okay actually 2 days ago now that it just turned 12 am) on the 14th. I had a great dinner party with friends and went out for drinks afterwards. Also a few days before (after a few hours of photoshop work) I also made this picture for my birthday for no particular reason................................................................I guess I did it 4 da lolz!

Can you spot all the objects that I added to the picture? Take a guess how many added objects there are?
