I found there is alot value in it since most of the users, not earning tons like the 1-2% here thzt are constantly on the trendingpage, are earning nothing to pennies and if they can earn some steem doing this it is good enough to be on the trendingpage. BTW there has been alot of discussion what one does found not valuable doesnt mean another one needs to find it valuable. Ofcourse it is possible you hope to determine what comes on the trendingpage and what not. Then I'll hope steemit change the style in which the post are findable. making a post that is only for like an hour in hotsection doesnt reach its audiance. Can I kindly suggest to share with us which solution you have for this problem since you feel responsible for this and put up people to downvote posts?

I'm just encouraging people to use their curation power as it was intended. The first reason given for flagging is if you thing a post has excessive rewards and yours definitely does. Just because you can buy votes doesn't mean others can't adjust the rewards. Too many are after curation rewards when they should be trying to create a fairer distribution. Your post getting $400 means others get less.
I rarely visit trending as it is mostly over-promoted stuff. If I see that then I use my voting power to free up some of the pool, even though it will only be cents.
