SUMMARY
I know many have put their hard earned cash into buying more STEEM or STEEM Power. And the dragging on and on and on of this correction is causing many to become frustrated. How is it that STEEM is taking so freaken long?
I've labeled an innate trait of Cryptos as "Hurry Up & Wait" syndrome. You see, every crypto has this syndrome, it's genetic imprinting. Cryptos all tend to hurry up on the impulse Elliott Waves but then get real slow on the corrections. That's exactly what STEEM is undergoing...the slow phase.
So, what to do during this slow phase? Have some ice cream! Write more good Steemit blogs and quit staring and keep checking on the STEEM price! IF you see how ZEN has given MASSIVE profits with near identical chart pattern as STEEM, patience is warranted. One might consider adding at such attractive prices because once STEEM breaks out of the horizontal channel...it won't look back or revisit current levels. Much of Technical Analysis requires a immense dose of emotional maturity and for those who are lacking, it teaches it in spades!
The chart below is the grand Chalice of Wealth! I've added a forward discernment price pathway with perhaps a miniature rounding bottom or even a small cup & handle pattern...but what is very clear to me is that $4 won't be too far off into the future.

People becoming frustrated says it all to me. This seems like psychology 101> As more and more people become frustrated the bottom becomes carved out.... Once all those people have sold and given up that is when the train leaves the station and fast in crypto......... then all those sellers who missed the train are the ones that are the fuel for the next rally. TRY THIS GAUGE YOUR OWN FEELING and as you feel more and more frustrated don't sell just take a mental note.....then just work on your patience and calming techniques as the bottom sellers gets exhausted!!!! Then as haejin says KABOOOM! Then as your profits start rolling in again take a mental note of your feelings!!! Now as you go through this process over and over again you will become better and better at it. !!!! Learn to notice small changes in your trading and behavior...Asset allocation you can read from a book. but risk management is only learned through trail and error!

Somewhere I missed this in the description. I was under the impression STEEM was something to hold for 10 years. I mean, it has a 2 year power down schedule. What's "short term buy and sell" about this coin?

This had been a littlw frustrating because as a newbie 2 months ago i had only $3000 to invest and bought all the hype and nonsense from youtubers and put most of my money not knowing anything in steem and then locked it in for 3 months not knowing much so i have had to watch steem shrink and other great opportunities fly by, but i have learned so,much over the last 2 months.....you have been awesome to learn from, i still need to learn how to read elliot i have been studying candlestick
