watched the video, cannot agree more, Bitcoin is becoming the new gold standard, but not everybody is happy about that, and mass media is doing the rest. GPU manufacturers are artificially limiting the capabilities of their GPUs, not for the gamers, but for their profit.
I find it interesting to think about it as "new money" vs "old money". In that sense, it's obvious that BTC will continue to be volatile for quite a while. Either because "old money" will try to push it down or because (and I think that's more likely) "old money" wants to keep the power dynamic, hence they need more BTC, ETH, etc.
