Maybe you earn the token after you prove you drank the beer. Depending on the price/rarity of the beer you can redeem the coins for free beer or other merchandise
So, every beer should have a code on its label connected to SMT. When you drink it, an escrow (waiter) confirms your PoB and you get SMT accordingly attributed to your account.
