This wireless network infrastructure is set to be delivered over a software defined radio system custom built using 4G LTE-Advanced (Release 14) standards. Horizon’s network infrastructure will provide fixed wireless network to its customers. The customers will have exterior mounted antennas to capture Horizon’s services.
Horizon is focusing on target markets that have high income; in areas which are defined by World Bank to be 1st world economies. For this reason Horizon will start its operations in Bermuda. Bermuda has a GDP of $84k per person on average. In this region Horizon will have advantages over existing ISPs because it will provide a relatively cheaper and faster wireless and internet services. Horizon's five year financial projections in Bermuda will generate an estimate of $18 million cumulative profit which will help grow the company, expand it territories and achieve its road map.

LTE is able to take “multiple paths” back to the tower, bond multiple “channels” of frequencies together and dedicate open channels to specific clients.
