Me too but speaking up does not mean attacking rather assertiveness. I am defintiely not an attacker. I recall in my supervisory role I needed to be firm and stand my ground and I must admit I did this very well on reflection. So is this a different kind of courage do you think Jo?

For sure Angie, it’s a fine line between being assertive and not attacking. Being successful in getting our point across in an assertive manner without attacking is something we learn , if lucky, early in life from our parents. If not, it’s much harder later on to strike that balance.
