Sudden or constant loss of strength.
There is not enough energy for anything.
Even just getting up in the morning from the bed is a test. Familiar?
No, it's not that you "just get tired at work" or "yes, nonsense, I'll have a cup of coffee, well, or 5, and everything will be fine." Stop. I know about sooo simple, affordable, time-consuming and cost-effective ways that you can help yourself raise the level of energy in a natural way!
Magic? Exactly))
1. Practice the breathing of Kundalini.
One of the biggest changes for me was the inclusion in the morning practice - the practice of breathing. In the morning I do my surju namaskar, I am charged with energy for the whole day, and now, I add breathing practices. And this has its positive effect. There are so many good resources to start working with kundalini.
And my biggest advice is to be consistent, and try starting your day with some basic practices for 40 days. At the end of 40 days you will see a radical transformation.
2. Go outside.
My second tip is always to go out and move during the day. Of course, it's better to walk in nature, at least in the park. Enrich your body with oxygen, and give muscles a charge of motor activity. And communication with nature always fills with new forces.
In extreme cases - it is worth a walk after work from the metro to the house on foot. And be sure to get a dog! She will always wait for you at home, give unconditional love and ... make you stroll in the evening, if you suddenly decide to be lazy :)
4. Feel your body and stand on its side.
Yoga once opened a new world for me to know myself, my body and its capabilities. And has become an inexhaustible source of strength, from which you can eat again and again!
Ideally, combine yoga with being in nature. Combine business with pleasure and kill two birds with one stone, thereby gaining even more benefits and returns.
Yoga for beginners - it's not some complicated intricate poses with throwing your feet behind your head and standing on two fingers of your hand. It will come with experience, who cares :))
In the beginning it is important to simply feel your body, taking certain poses (asanas) - you do not need to strive for some perfection of their performance. It is much more important here to feel how energy flows through your body at the time of the session. Let your body stretch out as it will on a certain day. Listen to your body and do not resist its signals.
This approach does not pose a health hazard if someone is worried about it. At the same time, intuitive movement is much more important than intensive practice.
Do what your body tells you, not the outside world.
5. Do not forget to take care of yourself.
And of course, to fill yourself with energy, after a hard day or, on the contrary, on a day off - you need to allow yourself to relax and arrange a relaxation session.
If there is no possibility or desire to go to the salon, it is quite possible to organize it at home.
And also do not forget about proper nutrition
The rules are simple. Let me remind you:
- to feed the body exactly as much as it needs, no more
- Do not overeat at night (2-3 hours before bedtime)
- try to eat healthy organic food
- refuse or maximally reduce salt and sugar
- drink more water (not carbonated)
- more fruit, remove chips (and other rubbish)
- combine all this with moderate physical exertion
And "let all living beings be happy"! :))
