Emily's mind was foggy, her thoughts disjointed. She couldn't remember how she had gotten to this place, or what had happened to her.

All she knew was that she was lying on a cold, stone slab, surrounded by the vampires. Valois stood over her, his eyes gleaming with excitement.

"The time has come," he said, his voice low and menacing. "The time for your transformation."

Emily tried to struggle, but her body was weak and unresponsive. She felt a sharp pain in her neck, and then a wave of dizziness washed over her.

When she came to, Emily was sitting up, feeling strange and disoriented. She looked down at her hands and saw that they were pale and clammy, with long, sharp nails.

She looked up at Valois, who was smiling at her with a cruel, triumphant smile.

"You are one of us now," he said. "A creature of the night, a monster."

Emily felt a wave of horror wash over her. She was a vampire, a creature of the undead. She was doomed to walk the earth for eternity, preying on the living to survive.

She looked around at the other vampires, who were watching her with cold, calculating eyes. They were waiting for her to join them, to become one of their own.

And Emily knew that she had no choice. She was a vampire now, and she would have to live with it for the rest of eternity.

As the darkness closed in around her, Emily let out a scream of despair. She was trapped in a living nightmare, with no escape.

And as the vampires closed in around her, their fangs bared and ready to strike, Emily knew that she was doomed. She was a vampire, a monster, and she would never be human again.

The transformation was complete. Emily was one of the undead, a creature of the night. And she would have to live with it for the rest of eternity.
