Getting slightly better

in #blogyesterday

Hi, guys!

I have quite a lot planned for today. I need to fix my desk, which is completely falling apart. It was broken when I first arrived, and now it's completely ruined. So I need to fix it so it can be used again. I also need to hang a lamp—we bought a new one yesterday while we were at the hardware store—and hang a curtain rod and some hooks for my stuffed animal collection. Basically, I need to do some housework.

And of course, I need to film some content for the blog. I've decided to shoot no more than three videos a day. I made this decision to regulate the amount of time I spend on the blog each day, so that I have a fixed amount of time, and thus free up time to work on the book again. I think in about a week I'll start to feel like I've freed up some time for the book and can start working on it. At least, I really hope so.

In all other areas of my life, I'm a complete failure right now. I don't know how to fix it now, when I have so little strength and energy. But I'm gradually getting better, and I really hope I'll avoid a depressive episode and cope with minimal losses. Although just a few days ago, it looked like I'd definitely be depressed, and it would be very severe. But now it seems like I've managed to pull myself together and am getting better.

So, little by little, everything is improving, and I hope that January won't be as disastrous as December. Because in December, I've fallen off a cliff on all fronts. I probably won't even be able to get my blog off the ground financially, which isn't surprising.

Have a great day, everyone!
