So far my life is developing according to the scheme the further, the better, and I am very happy about it. Every day I have more and more strength, and I am happy to watch it. Depression is retreating, I have more and more strength for work, everything is going better, and I am only worried about not digging too deep at once, so as not to spend too much energy and not roll back. Now I am very careful about what and how I do, so that I constantly understand how much strength I have, what I can do and what I can’t, and how I need to behave.
Now I need to focus on restoring my routine and making it permanent. I try to go to bed as early as possible, so that eventually I have the opportunity to get up very early too, so that it becomes a habit and so that before lunch I finish all my work tasks and then I have a relatively free day that I could devote to something else. It is clear that this will include work too, but I want it to be in a more relaxed mode. Now at the beginning of the week I managed to get up very early, but then something went wrong and I started sleeping for twelve hours again. Now I want to fix this, because I did not plan to distribute my day like this.
Yesterday we went to a new bookstore, which is also a coffee shop, and I filmed fragments of a video, from which I want to make a video for TikTok today, because I need to blog again, and today I plan to start doing it again. I am not nervous anymore, because I did it before, but it is always a little difficult to start over. Today I will put together my first video in a long time.
I still need to work on my diet and exercise, and these are also very important points. But I think in the end, everything will work out in the end.
