Hi, guys!
Tomorrow a new week will start, I wrote a plan for it and again I hope that I will have enough strength to follow it, and not again my frightened brain will keep me in bed until the last minute, and then I will again not want to do anything. So soon the whole of February will pass, and I will not have completed even half of the plan for the month. Although I know who is to blame for this, it does not make me feel much better. It infuriates me that I am forced to sort out with a psychiatrist and psychotherapist what the person who did this to me should have sorted out with his own. And if he writes to me again, I will definitely point this out to him again. In fact, I am even waiting for this, I really want to talk to him about this again.
In the meantime, I need to restore my ability to work, and this is very difficult for me. But I am doing everything possible, and so far it still has not worked out very well. Yesterday my husband said that communicating with idiots is expensive for me. Apparently, this is true. I will need to come up with a strategy for the future.
I received a very large-scale criticism of the dialogues of the first part of my novel, but I'm not sure if it's subjective. Now I want to wait for the meeting with the curator to understand whether I really need to change something. This is a rather important point, but now I'm very nervous about it. Not knowing whether I really need to do something in this situation is the worst thing. I hope something will become clear soon, because it's driving me crazy.
So.
Today I'll try to tune in to a productive next week and not to be nervous once again, because it will not give anything anyway. I hope the curator will tell me something weighty and I will know for sure whether I need to change something or not, because otherwise it will drive me crazy.
And today is a difficult training session, I just need to survive it. I hope I will more or less succeed.
