Recent life changes

Hi, guys!

I've been going through a lot of changes in my life lately, literally in the last month, and I can't even imagine how I ever lived on a different schedule. And now I have no idea what will happen if I ever go back to the schedule I had before, because it feels so awful now.

Now I'm in bed by 8 PM and asleep before 9 PM, waking up very early without an alarm, and it feels normal to me, and it's happening very easily. I've started to like this routine. It's just starting to work. I thought it would never work, but now it feels like it's actually the right thing. Two days ago, I started going on really long walks with the dogs, and now my daily active calorie intake has doubled, but I plan to increase it even more.

But I'm not planning on increasing my calorie intake yet because I still need to lose twenty kilos, and I want to do it in the next three months. To do it before summer, it would be fantastic if I could buy new clothes that fit me well by summer. That would be a dream come true.

So now I'm trying to exercise as much as possible and limit my diet to get my body back into shape as quickly as possible and achieve my goals. I'm also getting a good boost from being invited to speak at a book festival at the end of April, and I want to look beautiful there.

I also want to get back into exercise, and I want it to be easy for me. For now, it's just long, active walks, but I'll be adding gym classes soon.
