I was lucky enough to visit this very touristy site in Bali and actually liked it.
Yes it is touristy and yes there is a crowd all the time, but I was impressed anyway because it was very clean and well maintained surrounded with well groomed gardens and beautiful mountains.
I'm glad that I had the chance to visit but just one thing about the Temples in Bali. You will be asked an entrance fee at almost every one of them but the actual Temples the holy part is CLOSED for visitors! So just keep that in mind if you decide to do a "Temple Hopping" in Bali.
