A quiet night in the delivery room

in #blog5 years ago (edited)

Labor room is one of the busiest services in hospitals in Venezuela, for various reasons despite the precarious situation of the country people still have children, therefore deliveries are something of the day to day.

Usually the guards in the delivery room are quite moved, can reach up to 5 women in the active phase of labor, and it is crazy because there is not always enough human resources, however doctors always manage to find ways to adapt and overcome those circumstances.

Something that I consider is extremely important when it comes to a guard in any service is that your team is proactive, that wants to work and get along, because no matter how many hours they are solving problems together, working with patients who are They find vulnerable, needy, so it is up to us to work in the best way possible with what little we have.

Luckily I have always had the joy of being with a great guard team, remember that I have never had any problems, maybe with some resident one or another bad treatment I could receive, but it is nothing that takes my sleep away, one learns of all experiences, but as always I take the good of all that.

As I told you it was a quiet guard, only 2 deliveries arrived that did not present any problem, although there was accumulated stationery work that did not let us sleep, but the rest all well, I wish all were that quiet hahaha, but well there is what to learn.
