My burnout coach taught me to end the day by thinking of the positive moments I experienced, just to put myself in a more positive mindset. I used to write these moments down, but eventually stopped. I've started it again on Hive, through these posts.

It can be big things, but it can also be something as simple as having cleaned the kitchen, a nice and quiet moment with a cup of tea, a walk in nature, or a little chat with a friend. We have to remember to enjoy the small things in life.
Ny positive notes of today
- It was my first time making condensed coconut milk and it worked!
- I used it to make magic cookie bars. Soooo unhealthy, but really tasty 😊
- Had a nice evening of gaming in Guild Wars 2.
