Hello people of Hive. I know, not my typical post, but it is special day.
It is my 4th HIVE birthday.
Oh boy it was and still is a journey, this one. When I first came to this awesome network I thought that it is all some kind of joke. Write about your job or passion, hobby and make profit? Find friends because of similar interest, or nice comments. Help someone to grow and achieve more and more. But it is all happening here.
Firstly I started with some reviews of my favorites Epic fantasy series, on both my native language and English. Like all starts it was hard. I will not say that I was not disappointed, because I was. You put some effort and none saw it? There was no rewards. Friend , who were here longer that I, told me to keep focused and keep writing. Good content always finds a way. Step by step and in some point I got my fist big Curie. After that, I started exploring all Curie content to see how I can improve myself.
Idea came to me in some point. I love to read, my reviews got some audience, why not try to to write some story? At that moment, I wrote two or three stories in my life. I gave it a try. First, I joined competitions, that wrote some stories in sequels, then some stand-alone stories. Rewards got bigger sometimes, people started to reading. Some of them even enjoyed it. I became Curie Curator, and enjoyed it myself. That way I was helping more people, in more direct way, by curating their posts and contents.
A year and a half ago, project come. I collaboration with fellow writer and lover of written word (@raj808), we created a place for Fiction and Poetry writers called - The Ink Well. @theinkwell. A dread coming true, but a lot of work. It started to grow almost immediately, and it is still growing. I am very proud of this one.
In a meantime, my personal live blossomed. I finished Medical School and started carrier as Medical Doctor, working on Cardiology department. In present time, mostly working with Covid positive patients, helping them to overcome illness. My wife and I are still in loved as before, growing and supporting each other.
That is my four year story, in some brief retrospective. Follow for more content, all the lover of written word.

Happy HIVE birthday! :)
Thank you.
Happy 4th hive birthday @stormlight24
It is nice to put a face to the name and seeing you happy and enjoying the sun with your wife 🙂
Keep on writing those stories m8. If I ever see any significant improvement in my illness I might re-join helping at the ink well, but right now I struggle to even write my own content on hive. Still, life goes on and maybe 🤞 this covid thing is losing steam and life can return to a more normal pace.
All the best.
Thank you @raj808. All the best.
Congratulations on your success here, and happy Hive birthday :) !!!
