HELP PLEASE I BEG YOU ALL.KID WITH BRAINTUMOR

TODAY I WAS IN A MARKET IN ISLAMABAD(A CITY IN PAKISTAN).I WAS SHOPPING THAN I SAW IT.

Man in this picture is the father of a seven year old kid name MUHAMMAD SHABEER,this boy is suffering from brain tumor and he is helpless.the man in picture is SHAFIULLAH SATTAR,he is a tailor in Islamabad and doesnot earn much thatswhy he cannot pay for his son operation.He appealed many politician but everyone refused to helped.This kid was operated before in NOORI HOSPITAL in ISLAMABAD but treatement stopped because his father was not able to pay more.The hospital referred other hospital and kid was brought to other hospital,they says that he will get treated using CHEMOTHERAPY, But his father can not pay more and needs someone to help them.
So i need your help.your single UPVOTE can bring a change to his life so why not do this
