One of the things I’m wanting to get up and running is a video channel documenting my progress, my thoughts on the fitness and diet industries, and just general meanderings on the state of what I’m up to.
I haven’t decided how many videos I’ll upload but I think a weekly body update would be a good thing. Longer videos will require editing and that’s something that will take time. I’m thinking at least one a month would be fine for starting.
I’m not going to upload to Instagram or Threads. That platform is annoying the hell out of me so I’m going to limit myself to YouTube and maybe Facebook. Of course the main content will be here but this platform doesn’t support video natively, and neither should it.
The goal of the channel is to be informative but not advice. It’s what I’m doing and if you try any of it then that’s up to you. Some of the videos will be sort of video versions of these posts but mostly they’ll just be me talking about my experiences so far.
