There is a website called Next door. Maybe someone can design something like that for people who live in the same areas as others. Sort of micromanaging clusters of people on steemit.
I travel a lot. I would love to help but i am always working long hours at the office or traveling. If one is scheduled, i will make time to attend.

Nothing central no. But we are working on starting more of this as we find and develop little communities that are near each other. Maybe just look out for people near you. Seems we are all finding each other over time.
