This is a great way to start of your day, as it provides you with a lot of energy to keep you going throughout your day, also it only takes 5-10 mins to prepare.


Muesli(oats with nuts & raisins).


Sliced apples sprinkled with cinnamon.


Toasted brown bread with cherry jam.


Mediterranean dried dates.


Green tea with brown sugar.
