@pumpkin account has almost no SP so its witness votes meaning nothing. @freedom has delegated his all SP to other accounts. Does is not affect witness vote weight as he don't have active SP?

    @freedoom as pumpkin as proxy. @freedom delegating his Steem doesn't have any influence on his witness vote.
