Through the online course, the government will provide training to 30,000 youths in the home, software skills, digital marketing, and graphics design. This step has been taken by the Department of ICT for Leveraging ICT for Growth, Employment and Governance (LICT) and the Repo Education Center, to make the youth eligible for training in world-class skills.
In order to implement this project, the two companies have already signed a Memorandum of Agreement. The project was inaugurated on the last day of the BPO summit ended on April 16 (Monday).

Under this agreement, students can make LICT courses online through the Rapto platform and earn certificates through online exams.
Currently students can make three online courses. These are Soft Skill Development, Graphic Design and Digital Marketing. Apart from this, four more online courses will be launched soon, according to a press release, Rapta said.
