There are all kinds of strange things that ask young students who just graduated University or college when they want to get hired to work. There is a feeling that God is in front of you and asks you questions on a job interview.
It's just work, but we need work,
Especially with all the rumors that it's so hard to find a job after a degree if you have no experience or have not studied at a very good institution of higher learning.
One of the most interesting things Google has discovered in research is who are the best and most productive workers in their company.
Those who are willing to take risks.
I brought here some interesting questions asked in job interviews in the big companies.
2."If we had removed all the ads from YouTube, how would you suggest that we make money through it?" (hmmm maybe ICO of digital currency lol)
3.If a coin is thrown a thousand times and falls on a tree 560 times, would you say the coin is biased?
4.The diameter of a drop of rain is 1 cm, the width of the pavement is 1 meter - how will we know when the sidewalk is completely wet?
5.Do you prefer to earn or learn?
6.If you were now getting $ 10 million, what would you do?
I chose these questions because they seemed a bit strange to me.
Why should a big company choose such questions?
I think these questions come to do one major thing.
(Of course there are other questions about knowledge)
Know what your true intentions are.
My favorite job interview question right now is:
What's the one thing that you believe to be true, but nobody else agrees with you?
I find this question fascinating because:
Identifies innovators. Most innovators have contrarian view points.
Demonstrates courage. It can be embarrassing to state a contrarian and potentially far-fetched point of view with a stranger, the interviewer. To do so demonstrates the candidates comfort with him or herself.
Exemplifies persuasion. It's not enough for one to say they believe that the sky is purple. To claim that belief requires evidence, facts and logic.
great and cute questions)
I have one more example - a man wants to get a job, and his boss wants to test his brains and creativity and he give him an example
You have a car. You are on the road. There are 3 persons there: an old lady, a young and sexy lady and your friend.
They all have heavy bags and and they ask you to help them.
Whom will you choose?
That man was the only 1 who gets the job because he replies: I will give my car to my friend, and he will help an old lady and then he will ride home by himself, and I will have a walk with young lady and will bring her bags.
Great post @amiramnoam. I think as the person gains experience, he enjoys such kind of interview questions.
Thanks for sharing!
I would love to hear a question:
Are you ready to die?
If we're ready to die, then we're willing to take risks to serve the employer/company.
It also applies in our daily lives.
We gotta be fearless and no death can stop us when we're on the truth side.
The bold and brave people are the ones changing the world.
nice post on job and interview that is asked for the candidate confident n knowledge 😊
good job boss
excellent..Great story and good writing.i like your post and upvoted.
Thank you #Boss @amiramnoam for an awesome post, this is really great post on job and interview. We want more post like this, keep posting again and again. Thank you #Boss.
This is a really helpful post for college graduates looking for tech jobs.
The questions here seemed to be geared more toward applied reasoning and practical values than just knowledge.
The first question could probably be solved if I had been using calculus on a regular basis.
The second question seems theoretical but it is totally plausible and serious question given the drop in facebook stock due to ads. I'm even getting adds on fb messenger. So this is a question of applied reasoning. I like the way you also gave an answer for this one.
The third question also shows how we think and solve a simple problem demanding a creative and analytical answer in a short amount of time.
The fourth question is a value and motivation question and a trick question. It is really a trap. If you say LEARN then how would you like to learn without pay?
The fifth question both applied reasoning and value question. Some of these companies have a direction they are going. If you just calculate the most reasonable way to make a profit you will not get the job. You need to think like them and want what they want.
That's just what I think.
Thanks for asking.
Shalom
it's really good post you
nice post
Interesting questions. In my interview, they only asked my name to me. So, that's not a hard interview. By the way, I am electronic engineer :)
But, I love above question. The correct answer for me is " learn for earn" LOL
Interviews! A friend of mine told me he was once asked :how many balls would it take to fill a limousine.
I think this questions do not need exact exams, they are given to test how candidate tackle challenges. They are more interested in the process of getting the answer than in what the answer is.
Very good information about job interview
Great story and good writing.i like your post and upvoted.
Good question asked for the interview

i am an engineer but i can not do it.
your so much talent.
Thank you....i appreciate job....
I read the Google book and they said they choose people more based on their creativity, So I guess thats where these questions are coming from.
Though questions, do you know what answers they are looking for?
לא ממש
חח
probably just for the ability to generate new (and more or less convincing) solutions in a stressful environment..
Such questions are asked just for the sake psycho analysis of the candidates exposure/caliber. Sometimes such questions are asked just to distract the candidate.
So there is nothing astonishing because such questions are also asked in armed forces while recruiting the new blood.
Good job my frends 👏
Looking for work is not very easy to need high skills and education
Such questions reveal a lot of character, risk-appetite and ambition. It helps profile candidates who have passed the initial basic and technical questions
Hence, such deep diving questions tells whether the person is able to think in an uncertain situation. And what it might bring to the company when there is a downfall or uncertainty.
good job
good information thanks for share please upvote my blog @momin109
excellent article
I heard that with question like the 1. it's more about the way you make conclusion and try to solve the problem than giving the exact answers. There are some nice example in this articlehttps://www.wired.com/2014/08/how-to-solve-crazy-open-ended-google-interview-questions/
ecellent post
i impress your work.....thanks for share....@amiramnoam
In search of degree and experience work is the most important thing, although sometimes there is a luck factor but the luck factor is very small role and only experienced by qualified people. here's my answer to your question. 2. create new things. 3. after the rain subsides. 4. learn, because by learning will get, even can be beyond the given
Hi friends i m new on steemit
I don't think these big guns asked such kind of questions to check knowledge of a person.they are the most creative companies of current times, actually they won't need a person who just portray as wise and most experienced.they need a man who can think in most unconventional way it possible with least efforts.
My conclusions are it's not about how correct or wrong you are in reaching the answer.its what logic you used to get to that answered.thats important.
wonderful!
All these questions actually make people answer the other way round. Everyone comes to earn and learn as well !! Why would Someone choose only learning and not earning . Money is a necessity!!
If i was there I would say straight away that I know what u want to listen and many people can say what u want to listen. But i wil be true ! Lol. I wont get the job this way I believe
my answer would be "errrrmmmmm", would this get me hired? :D
This is very informative ....
And technical....
Thanks @amiramnoam
I read the Google book and they said they choose people more based on their creativity, So I guess thats where these questions are coming from verry good post
I remember the feeling when one is befor the panelists, your fate is I their Hands. Thank God one has a for of employment.
Very intresting and nice job, good luck.
Very strange, but creative! I think that this is way better than ordinary interview because everyone are enjoying it!
The answer for this questions and other in job interviews are important, but what they really want to see is your confidence, if you are adventurous and willing to take risks...
I consider the nº5 especially good because you can relate both concepts and still there is no right or wrong answer if you fundament it with some good arguments.
Hey @amiramnoam !!! nice Post. In future also I am expecting such type of Great and Informative Content from Your blog.
This is a to a great degree steady post for school graduates hunting down tech jobs. The request here gave off an impression of being expected more for associated considering and valuable regards than just data.
In my gathering, they just asked my name to me. Subsequently, that isn't a hard gathering. By chance, I information advancement Guy.
Well these questions are really strange for asking by a big company but still they always ask something that shows them the hidden talents of a person and how quickly they can solve a problem in the real working conditions,
But most of us give wrong answers because we got over excited or over feared by the interviewer,so the best thing to get success into any interview is just keep yourself calm and don't try to pretend someone else just maintain your own comfort zone and try to stay calm and relaxed.😇😇
