Good morning Steemians,
Once again here I am to teach you how to make food so yummy and delicious.Well.steamed vegestable is better to eat when we have already some health issues but for just some other time when we have an occassion having a visitors or even to our family we have to give them a new kind of food every other day to add more appetite and be a proud mother a daughter or wife to our family.This is not expensive food in the making.
For me when I am home,absolutely I am not the one who cooked our food but when
I am in my jobsite everything are on my hands and shoulders.I tried to learned some techniques to gained appreciation and love from my employers family.I learned a lot about cooking since I am here,mostly Arabic Cuisine,since this place is my source of income.I also tried to learned cooking our own Pinoy's food for my another side of story earning at the same time.Once and for all not the least my FAMILY BACK HOME IN PHILIPPINES.
To begin with,let us try to organize first everything are clean since my boss are very sensitive when it come to our food.
Herein, we have to eat this during lunch time or dinner.May I show you first how I give it with single lunch/dinner with single person at home.
Serve it with hot lipton tea.
Let us begin with the preparation;
I kilo chicken breast
3pcs eggplants
3pcs carrots
3 pcs chucini
3pcs potato
2 bell pepper
You can bring the chicken to boil first or you can sliced it into chicken cubes.It depends on your own desires.
Cut all those vegestable to equal cubes.Set aside in every kind on it.
Prepare a frying pan with not used oil.It must be a new oil to be used in frying.Preferably fry first the potatoes then chucini followed by eggplant and the last will be the carrots since carrots will produce sugary like on the oil that will change the element of the oil when hen frying. Then after using the oil ,you must not used it again for frying repeatedly.
Another stuff to be used are;
2cans of cooking cream
4tbspoon of mayonaise
5tbspoon of cream cheeese
Mix it together in a clean bowl
Preparing the chicken.breast
Cubes chickem breast
2big onions
I clove of garlic
2maggi cubes
Black pepper
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Above you already boiled or sliced the chicken into cubes.
Saute the garlic with 2tbspoon of oil then the onions until brown.
Put the chicken cubes until become tender then the spices I mentioned above.Then the bell pepper lastly.
Prepare a rectangular tray.
Mix all the fried vegestable and mix.
Put the cooked chicken breast on the top of the vegestables.
Then spread your tapping mixture on the top layer.
Lastly but not the least we have to bring it to the oven with low temperature until the top will become golden brown..
To have a better result try to see my video.I am not explaining it with my voice because it is rarely prohibited to my employer making video as I am doing our food.But I explain it .Yet they understand me..
Please allow me to explain why in Arabic tradition taking picture while making foods,its because when we are taking picture with food and bring it to social media,there are lot of people who had never been eating or something they had nothing to eat.This is really not good when someone feel more hungry while we are showing them a lot of food.My madam said it is better that you show yourself in steadfast..So people out there who is hungry..Now you have an idea from me to be full enough to your belly.
We are eating this stuff with bread not with rice at all.The name of rhe bread in Arabic is ""KUBOSH"
Kubosh bread is a traditional circular bread without yeast in the making so it is very safety to eat for those who undergoes healthy issue.Four pieces of this bread worth only 1riyal (13.50 pesos to Philippines money)Definitely this four pieces of bread can feed four members of the family.For me one s enough just putting something inside..
