Tea is the second drink in the world after water, and it has the advantage of acceptance and consumption from most of the world's population. The ritual of drinking tea varies from one country to another. Each country has its own culture in preparing and drinking tea. It is a staple drink in many countries. Lot a lot of benefits as strengthening the body immunity.

The Chinese were the first to plant and consume tea. When it was grown in East Asia in the eighth century, the Dutch East India Company imported it to Europe. In Britain Britain's East India Company monopolized its import into Britain and was the favorite drink in the American colonies until coffee was more popular than there.

In 2010, Turkey was the country with the highest consumption of tea at 2.5 kg per person, followed by Britain at 2.1 kg per person, third in Ireland at 1.5 kg per person followed by Morocco at 1.4 kg per person, Egypt scored sixth with 1.1 kg per person, New Zealand finished seventh and Japan took eighth place. The Netherlands and Australia came in ninth and tenth place.

Drinking habits of the peoples of the world:

Tea is one of the most important subjects for the people of mood and lovers of rest and relaxation, to recognize the rituals of drinking and preparing it in some peoples of the world:

  1. China: We mentioned earlier that China was the first to plant and consume tea. Chinese tea today has a good smell and contains flavors of jasmine and fruits and Chinese drink without sugar.

  2. Russia: Russians drink tea plus lemon and some of them drink egg whites mixed with sugar.

  3. Britain: Tea is the most popular drink there and drinks at certain times of the day, such as morning tea and tea at the eleventh hour in addition to several other times like afternoon tea, and the British rely heavily on mixing tea with milk or lemon and prefer Britons to eat jam with tea.

  4. Iran: Iranians are distinguished in their own way, where sugar is not mixed with tea but they eat a piece of sugar and then drank tea

  5. TURKEY: The Turks enjoy their love and dedication in the making of tea. Tea is made in Turkey by two small jugs. Tea leaves are placed in a large quantity and are well cooked. The other is placed in water only and tea is served according to its desire to weigh or drink it in light color and light taste.

  6. GREECE: The Greeks rely heavily on green tea and add large quantities of mint and sugar. Presenting a gift of tea by the groom to his bride is a tradition of Greek culture.

  7. Thailand: In Thailand, Thai people prefer to drink cold tea and use hot tea there for foreign guests.

  8. India: Tea in India is one of the most popular hot spots there and drinks with milk and sometimes add spices.

  9. Morocco: In Morocco, green tea is consumed with mint and served with sweets and pies.

  10. Japan: In fact, if we want to implement the Japanese ritual to drink tea, we will need about two hours or more!
    Of course, the Japanese do not waste all their time drinking only tea. They can do a lot of things while doing their ritual drinking tea. Japanese culture is to drink tea with homemade sweets, then to hope for nature and then go back to eat a cup of heavy green tea without sugar. They eat another cup of tea, but the last cup is slightly lighter than the first cup.
