I’m very glad to be here today because the past few days have been challenging off Steemit. Waking to life every day is a special privilege that most of us take for granted. But, if one’s life or happiness is interrupted, one usually realize how valuable life is. I have been away due to minor challenges, but I’m back to continue from where I stopped on this topic. I will use “number” rather than “day” in title from now on.

The similarity is only with the title, not the theme. Today, we will learn why you should Reduce Consumption of Pre-Package and Processed Foods if you want to stay away from cancer.
Go to any supermarket in town, you will see many prepackage and processed food on the shelf. You love them right? I do understand if that your stressful job is making you dash to the nearest shop for your prepackaged foods after each laboring day.
Of course, I do understand if that your bossy boss is making a demand on your life by practically squeezing your neck to complete the next task on time and you would not go home until your spouse and children are fast asleep. Pretty understand all these.
I know most of us would quickly go for anything already prepared as long as the hunger is incapacitated and pacified for a brief period. However, very little number of people stop to ponder the amount of nutrients in what they consume. Want to give cancer a terrible kick that will send it flying past the NK nukes? Well, the power lies in your reducing the level of consumption of processed and prepackaged foods.
Do you know that it's not the preservatives present in pre-packaged foods that should be a cause of concern to you? You see, that is not where the main danger is. Yes, you heard that right! The main danger lies in the fact that people who eat highly processed foods often miss out on the vitamins and nutrients of fresh fruit and vegetables – vital foods that sustain life.
When you do not have essential and important nutrients from fruits and vegetables, your overall fiber intake will be lower. This can lead to the formation of colon cancer. Too bad, many people do not realize this, and I hope you are not one of them.
What Can You Do?
Simple! Reduce consumption of prepackaged and processed foods that lack vital nutrients which you can only find in fresh fruits and veggies. Adding fresh fruits and veggies to your meals is a great way to keep your dietary needs balanced. Above all, this helps you to prevent cancer.
