I am curious... 'does' cannabis/ weed actually make people think both differently and meaningfully so?

As for why Governments outlaw some drugs... I am afraid that its all about consolidating power. I recently talk about this on here but its both the link within, as well as the commentary below that will get some people thinking - and not just about the reasons behind outlawing weed.
