Say Hello to Outcast Phil, because you are going to love him. Yeah, I am not kidding I have decided to create and publish a full cartoon series on Hive and this is the first look.

So before I waste your time talking about bullshit, let's take a closer look at some of the major characters of my upcoming cartoon series.

Overview

The story of Outcast Phil revolves around the troublesome young guy named Phil. He lives in MSP town where he debates and struggles for gaining attention. He wears shades to correct his dog vision and likes to introduce himself as the only true liberal mind of his town. But due to his melodramatic attitude, pessimist mentality, and split personality he often gets criticized.

Yet, he never ceases an effort to come into the highlight and keeps creating new debates to cause public outrage.

Outcast Phil

Phil a.k.a Outcast Phil consider himself as a pure libertarian who lives to criticize the false morals, double standards, and the twisted beliefs of contemporary society. But due to some traits of his personality people of his town like to ignore him.

He likes to throw arbitrary opinion about any issue that he feels might give him some exposure and he often land himself in trouble while trying to do so. His psychiatrist once claimed that he is suffering from 'The Toxic Troll Syndrome'. So he is trying to use the burden of it by correcting the flaws that he finds in society.

He is an advocate of total public freedom and says that there should be no central authority, state, or government to dictate over us.

Epic Quotes:

"I am the only true liberal mind of this town, what would you do without me?...probably drown in ignorance......"

"When you elect a dog as a president, there shall be no question about his loyalty"

Alien Honey

Honey a.k.a Alien Honey is the main adversary of Phil. She came from the alien planet, fell in love with a man, and they got married. Even though she has a human husband, yet she doesn't like to tolerate anything unusual and not even cross-species marriage. In this regard, she once said:

"Whatever happened in my life is an accident, a beautiful accident, but that doesn't mean I will support or encourage another alien-human marriage"

Honey is a perfectionist. She believes that Phil is trying to misguide everyone in her town by promoting his superficial policies. Therefore, she likes to keep Phil on watch and alert everyone about him.

As a response, Phil often likes to mock her saying that she is just a 'Late Night Activist' who has a tendency to blow things out of proportion.

She believes that the whole world should be under one ruler. She hates democracy and makes it responsible for worldwide chaos, conflict, and corruption.

Epic Quotes:

"Phil likes to confuse the society and I aim to end it...."

"We should tolerate nothing unusual because the whole solar system including this planet is being maintained by a system, otherwise none of us would exist...."

Holy Cow

The Holy Cow is known as the Fairy Godmother of Phil. She took an oath to Phil's Grandmother after he was born that she will raise Phil as a decent and righteous person. But Phil doesn't like to listen to her saying that since dogs are not allowed in heaven, so there is no point for a dog to be decent and righteous.

Epic Quotes:

" No Phil, no Phil, no lie........"

"You get it wrong Phil, it is not that our Lord hates the dogs but it is that the dogs must stay outside to guard the door of heaven...."

Mr.Hive

Mr. Hive is the judge of MSP town. He has softness for Phil as he believes Phil is just a troublesome young dog who is trying to find a place in the society.Mr.Hive tries to deliver justice and has a solid reputation in the town.

He likes to believe in old customs. He says that marriage is a divine union between a man and wife. Therefore, he has never approved a single divorce petition.

But he says that the worst mistake he has ever done in his life is by letting her daughter marry a local clown named Ronald a.k.a Rondon The Clown. He also says that, if he ever approves one divorce petition then it must be the application of her daughter wanting to divorce the clown.

Epic Quotes:

"I hate to see the people who only come to my court to satisfy their ego... "

"I am surprised by the fact that how many times I had to say sorry I can't help you, Phil,....but yet he shows respect to me ... which has led me to believe that there must be something good in him."

Skinny Pig

Gabriel a.k.a Skinny Pig is the best friend and the sidekick of Phil. His mother named him Gabriel since he was born with an angelic face. His father is the most wealthy person of MSP town who runs a chain restaurant business.

Due to his short stature, skinny figure, and cute baby-like face he used to get bullied in his school. Then Phil came to his rescue and took him under his arms. Ever since then he became the most devoted supporter of Phil.

Epic Quote:

"I know sometimes Phil can be too much but at least he is better than the politicians of our town."

Conclusion

Outcast Phil is in its initial development stage so don't make a judgment right after reading. This may look plain and simple but I have plans to make it more fascinating for you.
