A QUICK DETOUR TO THE BAMBOO FOREST

I've been to Medellin several times now since the past 4 months. My friends have been fascinated with the places in the north side of the island and also, most of us been to a lot of places in the south.

This quick detour was actually a part of our beach camp trip. It was just along the way so we decided to check and see the beauty of this Bamboo Forest.

There's a 20 Pesos entrance fee and you can go around the area, take pictures and buy food and drinks around the forest. Honestly, it was a bit disappointing for me because I feel like the bamboo has its own beauty. The greenery is more than enough but there are parts of the forest which has photo ops of Superheroes, Disney Princesses and other cartoon characters. I know that I have no right to decide what should be there or not. It's just my observation and preference. Please don't attack me. Hahaha
