When I go on twitter, I can repost the same content day after day without issue. Same with Facebook, same with YouTube. I'm just gonna get 0 visibility and people will end up downvoting me.

What's your issue with this user? I've never received any dmca for his uploads btw else he would be on the list. Maybe finding out the email of the company that produced the movies and sending them a notice is the best way to go, don't you think?
