Dime un sabor y te hago una cerveza. El mundo de la cerveza artesana está ampliando mucho sus registros. Las pastry, bien sean SOUR o STOUT, están trayendo multitud de sabores nuevos. Nunca pensé que los sabores dulces combinaran bien con la cerveza, pero me equivocaba. Probablemente nos sean los estilos que más nos gustan a los puristas, pero de vez en cuando una cerveza de este tipo nunca viene mal y desde luego si quieres sorprender a alguien... estas son tus cervezas.
Estos noruegos se han convertido en un referente en el estilo. Tienen varias líneas dedicadas a ello: Desert in a can o esta que os muestro de Donut Series. La verdad es que son maestros en ello. Sus combinaciones de sabores son increíbles.

Desde luego es una cerveza que ofrece lo que marca en la etiqueta. Los sabores a chocolate y café propios de la cerveza negra se combinan con los matices sorprendentes a natillas y caramelo. Parece realmente que te estés comiendo el típico Boston de Cream de Dunkin Donuts. Una locura.
El alcohol pasa totalmente desapercibido entre tanto sabor dulce. y aunque no llega a empalagar, pienso que estas cervezas son mejor para compartir.
Aunque no seas goloso, debes probar estas cervezas.

It is certainly a beer that offers what it says on the label. The chocolate and coffee flavors of black beer are combined with the surprising nuances of custard and caramel. It really seems like you are eating the typical Boston Cream from Dunkin Donuts. Crazy.
The alcohol goes completely unnoticed among so much sweet flavor. and although it is not cloying, I think these beers are better to share.
Even if you don't have a sweet tooth, you should try these beers.
