Feliz Domingo amigos steemianos, que este día, este lleno de Bendiciones, de abundancia, salud y prosperidad, y que nuestro Padre Celestial, llene los corazones de felicidad en cada uno de sus hogares.
Hoy me toco hacer de Chef para mis hijos y para mi, y creo que me aplique jejee. Realice una Carne salteada con papas, papas fritas y arepitas fritas, como verán todo fue muy Light. jeje.

Lo cierto es que aprovechando una carne que quedo del día anterior, la corte en pequeños pedazos, y en un sarten con un poco de aceite, coloque la carne con papas y deje que se hiciera a fuego lento, paralelamente, hice las papas fritas y posteriormente las arepitas.
Creo que me quedaron muy bien, modestia a parte, mis hijos les encanto, y para cocinar con poca frecuencia, creo que el sabor y la contextura quedaron muy bien
