This is my way of making restaurant-style Chicken Karahi! I share in this video the key ingredient that makes the curry so flavorful and intense. Learn how to make the classic Pakistani Chicken Karahi. Tasty Kadai chicken is a popular recipe in Northern Pakistani and Kadai Chicken is a very famous non-veg delight in restaurants,This spicy & yummy North Indian recipe tastes juicy with distinct flavor of bell pepper, Whole spices ground to a fine paste and cooked with onions, tomatoes and chicken chunks of the bone – the final dish is wholesome and delicious. It tastes great with Indian breads like naan, roti, parantha, chapatti or even with plain steamed rice,Making kadai chicken at home is really easy..!.

Ingredients:
1 medium-large onion
½ cup oil
1 big piece ginger
large whole garlic
2 large Tomatoes
¾ ts full salt
¾ ts chilli powder
¾ ts crushed chillies
1ts cumin seeds,
1/3rd ts turmeric powder
1ts coriander powder
1/2 kg fresh chicken,
½ cup yogurt,
ginger,
fresh coriander,
3-4 green chillies
garam masala ¾ ts

Recipe:

Add oil to a pan. Add chicken to the pan and fry until its brown. Once the chicken is light brown add the garlic/ginger paste and fry for 5 more minutes. Add tomatoes and cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Once the tomatoes are cooked add the spices. Now cook for another 10 minutes. Add had the green chili and cook for 5 minutes. Once the oil comes out add the garnish and cover the pan for 5 minutes. Enjoy.
