Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne?

Those words are like parables I don't know understand them at all.
Can you explain a little bit more.
It means if you have Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour, you trust Him and have faith in Him. Definitely you will be one of His one and He wont let you down.
