The rapture is the catching away of all true believers in Christ both the dead and the living to meet with the Lord in the air. It is the first stage of the second coming of Christ, preceding the Great tribulation. At the rapture the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven
with the voice of the arch angel and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air 1thessaloians 4:1-16-17
It will happen suddenly and only those it meets ready will be taken away.
Some misguided persons have attempted to predict the time of the rapture, but no one knows the time it will happen, not even the angels.
Now seeing the nearness and suddenness of the rapture and the horrific events that will follow, what does the Lord expects of you(US)
If you are living in sin, repent now and make your ways right with God and walk continuously in the light because Jesus will only take those who endure to the end.
As a Christian, this is the time we hold fast and maintain a holy life and be watchful! Because the devil as a roaring lion walketh about seeking for whom he may devour
It is my prayer that God who has called you(for the believer) is faithful to the end to keep us and as for the sinner man, the unbelieving man, Jesus calls to you to repent confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that He died to save your from sin and to hive you eternal life and you are saved.
