Anil Kapoor, one of the most young Looking stars in thier 60s. Everyone admirs him for his looks and energy. He is currently 65 years old but hardly looks above 50. He even had do make up to look old in some of his movies, lol.

Quality makeup, good cinematographer, talented plastic surgeon, healthy lifestyle and fortunate set of genes can do wonders when disguising someone's true age.
In my part of the world, the best example is Slavko Štimac, Serbian actor who, thanks to his boyish looks, was able to play teenagers well into his late 30s.
He has beautiful skin texture. Doesnt look like he is 60
