Kneeling Push-Ups | 跪姿俯卧撑的准备

需要准备瑜伽垫。

锻炼部位

主要锻炼胸肌。

分解动作

  • 双手撑在瑜伽垫上,膝盖着地,翘起小腿并交叉摆放。
  • 保持腰背挺直。
  • 然后像做标准俯卧撑一样的弯曲双臂即可。
  • 重复动作。
