[私家厨房]~ 炒空心菜叶

空心菜杆子已经被我炒掉了,以前有写过,今天来写写空心菜叶,我觉得空心菜叶子比杆子好吃。🤭

我认为叶子和杆子还是分开炒比较好,但菜场买菜一般都是买一把空心菜或者一盘的量,很少会买好多回家的,所以炒的时候得先炒杆子,等杆子炒差不多了再把叶子放进去一起炒。

准备食材:空心菜叶、大蒜、红椒、生抽、盐、油。

1)空心菜叶洗净沥干,蒜头切片或切末,切一些红椒丝。
2)起锅倒油,炒菜的量再稍多一点,把蒜片先放入煸一下。
3)再放红椒丝炒,再把空心菜叶放入炒,炒到全部软瘪了再放入生抽少许和适量盐调味,炒拌匀就可以了,不用炒太熟。

炒绿叶蔬菜需要的油量比一般的蔬菜要多一点,油少的话炒出来的菜真心不好吃,菜油量大了,菜的汤就别吃了,为了健康着想!
