Of all the photos I've taken so far, this is one of my favorite for several reasons ...
In the first place, although common, the nightingale (Luscinia megarhynchos) it's a very elusive bird, difficult to spot and to photograph, since it is often hidden deep inside the bushes.
Secondly, the bird it's a juvenile, which I was able to capture in a very unique and comical pose, which gives personality to the photographed subject!
Thirdly, the focus was perfect.
Last but not least, the beautiful green backdrop. A consistent and natural bokeh that values the integration of the subject in a natural environment.
What do you think?
love it!

Wow, so that's how a nightingale looks like. Never thought to look it up and now I know, thanks to steem.chat. :D
Good, then :) But this is a juvenile! Adults are slightly different ;)
Cheers!
Oh I see, hope you get a pic of it soon then! :D
Masterpiece 👍
Ohhh Thanks Mariantes :)

I think it is a great shot! It has the pose of a proud statue, like a lion holding the Dutch coat of arms.
And it's a good shot in many other ways as well.
Exactly! It seems like he poses proudly :)
Cheers!
I agree with all of that! Lovely green photo :)
Thanks @ewkaw :)

Thanks @lindari :)
Oh wow, that is a fantastic shot. I have never seen one in our area, but know they are hard to see. You are right, that backdrop is perfect and I love his curious pose.
Thanks @sunscape :)
It's a very beautiful photo. I'm a beginner photographer, but I'm already trying to take pictures of birds and I know how difficult it is to catch a moment so that it does not move and jumped from branch to branch.
It seems that the nightingale is frozen and waiting to be seen. It's so important and simple. @lena1
