It is loaded with essential vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin, riboflavin, and B6. These all nutrients and vitamins, contribute for good functioning of our the body that keeps us healthy. The high content of potassium in bananas makes its called the super fruit.

The Color theme of this day, "Wednesday", is "Yellow",So you have to present a photos that related to color Yellow and you capture it this day, so its Called #WednesdayYellow.

This challenge is created by ms. @kalemandra Everyday guys you capture a photo on your camera even if that on your phone camera atleast you represent one of the color of the day ralated in this challenge.
