Sometimes during these cold Belgian winter months, my mind wanders to warmer summertime days.
No matter how much I love cozy winter days, warming up by a roaring fire after a walk through a stunning snowy landscape, I am still more of a summer-type person. Watching a beautiful sunset on the beach, with a refreshing drink in my hand, after an awesome cookout on the grill.
