haha! sir madgoat! wow what a story and a post! did you guys make a good profit on that deal because it looked like a ton or hard, heavy work and not exactly cheap to do.
the flags are amazing, where do you sell them at?

I think after materials and the other guy's cut I walked away with 3k in my pocket for a week of work. Putting it up was easy, 90% of our time was building the trusses. I can't remember what the linear feet of wood came out to, but it was a shit ton. We spent 1k just on all those metal connector plates.
I have an etsy shop. https://www.etsy.com/shop/MadGoatWoodworks, but I just got an email from them this morning I need to pay $6 for last month to keep selling, which I haven't done because I'm lazy.

hahaha! sir madgoat! and you're very honest too.. did you split that 3 grand with your woman?
1 grand just for the metal, that's amazing but I prices are crazy expensive for most building materials.
So you're the one who basically designed this thing because your friend wasn't going to? I mean what was he going to do about it and how did he think you were going to get it built?

Have you sold any on Etsy yet? I'll go look at that site.

2 grand went to bills and 1 went to gambling on the stock market. Yeah, my buddy was just going to turn down the job so I just sat in front of the computer for three days teaching myself everything there is to know about load bearing structures.
I’ve sold one flag on Etsy and 2 locally. The missus is supposed to be out hustling them for me but she’s fucking useless.

sir madgoat! well I was wondering if they were selling because the quality looks completely excellent and the ones with the older more rustic looking boards are fantastic but that's just more my taste but all of them look to be extreme quality.

Hey you said missus, does that mean you finally got married?

I haven’t listened to her bitch about not making her an honest woman for ten years just to give up now.
