Alrighty then…
It’s a smaller week in the comic department. DC Comics has the biggest book of the week in Absolute Batman #4. That series has been 🔥🔥🔥. Aquaman, DC vs Vampires, and Batman & Robin round out a tiny selection.
Independent books have Transformers as the most likely best seller for something not in the big 2. Cruel Kingdom & Lucky Devils are 2 new titles launching with #1’s that seem promising.
Marvel has a decently solid week with big guns such as Amazing Spider-Man, Uncanny X-Men, & All New Venom with new issues. A big seller for us yesterday was Magik #1. Lots of pretty covers from top talent to choose from.

With the comics checked off the To Do list, we can hop on over to take a look at the toys & collectibles also sharing shelf space. It’s a really large week for us with a ton of Funko Pops, Star Wars nonsense, Godzilla merch, McFarlane Multiverse, and…well…you’ll see…
Whew! That was a world of product in one week. These huge influx of “stuff” is not only hard on the wallet in one bang, but it becomes a space issue as well. We only have so much room in both front and back of shop. Most of these items we get multiples of each in, so it’s always challenging me to be creative in creating new space in an ever dwindling landscape. Off to be creative…

New Mutants was one of my favorite books as a kid back in the 1980's and Magik was one of my favorite characters.
That’s great! Yeah, Magik is kinda on huge right now. Saw tons of lovely ladies cosplaying as her this year at NYCC…a new series..hot character in Marvel Rivals. 🔥🔥🔥
