I always felt like I was different.....
Isn't that the way the story of nearly everyone's life might begin?
I sometimes ponder about all the humans that have lived and died since the world began.
People that lived long or short.
The majority of who totally disappeared from anyone's memory after a little time passed....a generation.... two?
People who lived full and maybe even mostly happy lives
"Mostly happy" .... because the nature of life is that bad... or at least some unhappy things will happen. It's a fact that it's a part of living.
Rich or poor, beautiful physically ... or not.
You can do things to help your life include more happiness.....
Only you can figure out what those things are as different things make different people happy and we are all in different situations, so you have to choose from where you are.
There is no such thing as a perfect life.... as fairytales may suggest.
Yet it's...... Still Life
...and it's still a precious gift.....
...and you should find ways to enjoy it as best you can.... from where you are.
It's early Saturday evening. I've had a pleasant day. I did some chores, ate some food, took a shower and washed my wild hair.... and next I think I will make some pumpkin bread before I find a "feel good" movie or two for the evening while I paint..... or don't paint. :)

It's true that perfect life doesn't exist. There is always certain thing that is missing. It is upto us whether we prefer to see the glass half filled or half empty.
I have realized tgst the key to happiness is gratitude and contentment. Gratitude makes you count your achievements and blessings. It makes us feel richer. Contentment saves us from the negative feelings of jealousy and greed. Consequently, happiness dwell in our heart.
